A message dated April 26, 2000, was read stating the Senate has                
passed CSHB 325(JUD) with the following amendment and it is                    
transmitted for consideration:                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 325(FIN)                                  
"An Act relating to priorities, claims, and liens for payment for             
certain medical services provided to medical assistance recipients;            
and providing for an effective date."
